No after sales services that I can get hold of, call centre very unhelpful in my experience therefore I do not recommend BidUp.TV
I purchased a necklace which the setting broke after a few months. Bid TV have not yet responded to any of my letters that I know of, and the customer service line has been unhelpful I find, I will never look at the program ever again!

Bought some dvd's, unfortunately they phoned me back and as I suffer hearing loss, needless to say the communication between myself and the person on the phone was difficult due to the language barrier in my opinion. Explained to the person on phone that due to my hearing difficulty my girlfriend will help liaise. But they wouldn't speak to her because she wasn't the buyer! Its a good thing they have now moved the call centre to Bangalore, because before then I would never think about BidUp.TV. I was not happy with the 3 year experience I had with them as there were no good points in my experience with bid.tv (sit up channels). Actually the only good point is some of the customer services agents you get to work with are fun and understanding and we used to all get in trouble together.

Moving home, decided to have all new towels and bedding etc,this increased to watches and rings,sewing m/c and tools.
We must be very lucky.reading all the complaints----we have been delighted with all items,also quick response to refunds.

I have bought various items from BidUp TV that have not worked e.g., car jump starter, a mp4 player, a mobile phone and garden solar lights which one by one stopped working in garden. It is annoying especially trying to speak to someone who doesn't understand you and cannot be bothered helping you. The cost of the telephone calls and delivery charges are high. I for one wont ever buy anything again ever.

I received a product which was incomplete and because it is large I asked for it to be collected. I have phoned them four times and they have given me three different dates but no one came for the package as far as I am aware so far. When I phone them I am on the phone for 20/30 minutes. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I have been given another date for the collection. Due to my experience I do not recommend BidUp.tv.

Bid for a steam iron from Sit-Up TV, first one spat hot water out not steam and continuously dribbling hot water in my experience, in my opinion this is dangerous.
Returned item to SitUp TV who then sent out one that didn't even generate steam or anything - an expensive iron.
Took 7 months to get a refund of the cost of the Steam Irons as far as I am aware.
I do not recommend bid-up.tv.

I have bought many items from Bid Up and was happy with experience until.
At best bid-up are showing great incompetence. Given other customers complaints it could be a strategy to make money on interest. I will use Bank and court if need be to reclaim money. Even though this will cost. The cost to them ought to be very bad publicity.

I ordered a duvet on 2/2/08 and received notification that it had been dispatched on 7/2/08. Did not arrive, phoned (Indian Call Centre) 13/2/08 and they said they would track with couriers and at the same time send a letter for a possible refund. Nothing happened. Phoned again 18/2/08, same response as before. Emailed 21/2/08 received a similar response to phone calls, they said to wait 5-10 days. Phoned 27/2/08 same response again, wait 7-10 days. I paid £132 for an Elitech steam oven. When it arrived, the brochure said that it was made for 'Sit up' channels. It said there were 'no serviceable parts' so there was no service agent. Also there was no guarantee. I emailed bid tv to ask whether it would be guaranteed but I had no reply.
I also can't understand why their jewelry doesn't have proper hallmarks.

After reading other reviews its worrying that they are experiencing an increased demand with delivery problems and I wonder if there is some other underlying reason!
I ordered a Christmas present and when this did not arrive, I phoned bid up and was told the item was dispatched on the 11/12/07, I was then sent a form which I completed and sent back.
Christmas came and went, I had to rush out and buy my brother another present promising him that he would receive his ordered one shortly. ...

Bid up has no proper complaints system in my opinion. As far as I am aware the customer services people appear to not properly know about my situation.

I am still awaiting a Christmas present that I ordered on 11th December, despite guaranteed delivery. I called Customer Service on 21st and was told that it was delivered on the 13th. I called back and was told it was dispatched on the 13th. I called back and they said they weren't sure where it was!! I have used this channel before (BidUp.TV), and found the delivery O.K. However when I put a bid in for towels on the 12th December, to date, I have still not received these items. I have also phoned and sent e-mails. I am now waiting for a form for a refund due to non delivery.

I ordered a king size bedspread and a double arrived. I had to pay for postage back which I am waiting to have repaid. They also told me they did not have the king size in stock, yet I was looking at the same item in king size on line.
I will not use BidUp.TV again.

I have experienced delivery problems. So far I have brought 5 items that I have not received and you still have to pay for the call and wait for money to be put back in to your account.

be careful on some rings for example, the gold is so thin that you can bend it with your fingers. the shop says it is too thin to resize, so if you return it you will lose £14.9 on postages.

I would never buy anything again,I never recieved the item I bought. I was told the courier had delivered it to my address but did not gain a signiture. I am still trying to get my money back but no luck so far.I think the service is disgusting and suggest that they get a new courier or find out what is going on.
