I was upset that i was inconvenienced in such a way, according to the expert on the QVC selection section for lock n lock they were perfect then i go to use mine and I couldn't get not just 1 but 2 of the large lids to fit anything!
they are good in theory but practice is another matter, i was totally dismayed at their apparent lack of quality control.

Review of QVC UK/www.qvcuk.com - I think it was last year or there about that I purchased a pair of tiffany lamps. I seem to remember I had to send them back because of a problem with switches etc. They returned them and everything was fine until a few months the larger lamp which has a dimmer switch does not work anymore and I am now left with a lamp which does not work. I rang customer service like they say to do and asked if I could talk to the representative as there was a tiffany show on TV ...

Over all QVC is an ideal way to shop. goods are presented well. customer service is excellent. presenters are informative and friendly. range of goods is excellent. quality of goods is excellent. an enjoyable shopping experience.

Overall, QVC is for me! I do not object to not being able to claim the postage on items that I return because I don't like them or they don't suit me. I once returned something that was broken upon receipt and QVC sent me a prepaid label to return it and refund the original postage cost also, I don't think you could argue with that!
I will be with QVC for a long time yet, it's brill!

Postage costs are very high. They will not combine p&p even if you make other purchases on the same day. I have purchased some beauty items direct from seller, the prices were cheaper and they only charged one lot of p&p on 4 items whereas QVC would have charged 4 x p&p. QVC have a 30day money back guarantee but you have to pay the p&p to return the goods as well as the p&p to receive them - bit of a bitter pill if you don't like the goods. The postage they charge is very high and if you send something back it takes something like 6 weeks to get the money back into your account, at which time they are keeping all the interest, which must run into hundreds. They tell you that a product cannot be bought in the UK only on QVC but I have managed to find that product on the internet, cheaper.

I enjoy watching QVC, but the only real complaint I have is that I bought a ring I think it was an amethyst or a stone the same colour with diamond accent .whilst on holliday last august I showed it to my sister in law who pointed out that one of the diamonds was missing I had only worn it three times since I had bought it some time during the previous twelve months, I could not find the receipt so I was promised a print out when I rang to be able to identify the ring.the printout never arrived ...

I have ordered several items from QVC; some I have liked others I haven't. I have never had a problem with returned items. This is a great service. Love QVC. Try it and you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a jacket from QVC on 27 September but it never arrived. When I chased I was told it must have got lost in the post and they'd send me a form which I had to sign and return confirming it hadn't been received and that I would support QVC by offering any information they needed should they put in a claim against the carrier.
I asked if they would send a replacement, but they didn't have any stock and didn't know when they would be getting any. I asked for a refund but was told I wouldn ...

Overall a great way to shop. Reliable and they do try to rectify problems immediately as well as selling good quality items. After 9 years I will certainly carry on shopping with QVC.

I understand QVC have hundreds of people to deal with in one working day but I had hoped I would have received a selection of different fragrances. Very disappointed. Other things I have ordered from QVC - three Koji bushes - only two survived - perhaps I should tell them about that. Will wait until the lillies arrive to see what condition they are in, then write a review about them, later in the season

The presenters are very quick to tell you that you can always send the item back. However, they never tell you that when you do return an item, you not only have to pay the return postage, but they DO NOT refund the inflated postage cost that they have charged you.
Also, if you order more than one item, they will not ship the items together, so you have to pay two postage costs.
Compare the prices in the shops, as QVC UK are not always as cheap as they claim to be.

I have been able to give friends confidence to use TV shopping, especially when I show them some of my real gold, jewels, gems, silver, make-up, health & beauty, gardening items, gents items, watches and bedding that I have bought from QVC.
The show has been been running for nearly 14 years. The area I live in is only just getting around to being able to have the channel here. Soon broadband too.

You can try items out and return if not suitable. QVC UK sells a lot of different products that you don't find in the normal high street shops. I purchased 'Alpha H' - a range of products that control Ache (4 in 1 exfoliator and cream, and skin face wash). I have been a customer of QVC UK since the beginning now. I have recevied a letter from their finance department saying they are concerned because in the last 12 months, I have only kept 49% of the goods ordered, so what say I, no one told me at the beginning that I had to keep most of the goods and I am also paying the postage, this will be the last time I shop with QVC.
