    My husband and i visited the B&Q shop in Kmk797 we were looking at flooring, but needed some assistance we asked a lady called Carol if she could help us with our choice of flooring she recommended that this was the best product, so we choosed that product, she was very helpful,and kind in making our choice. I would recommend B&Qto my friend's and family.

    friendly and helpful staff and delivery men. goods arrived on time and packed very well. very good product would recommend to all family and friends. speed of design, ordering and delivery was much quicker than I expected. although delivery men had a lot of steps to climb they did a realy good and efficient job.

    Delivery of my order was made on the date forecast at the time of order in Shrewsbury store (Store Code SRS283); phone confirmations were later made by B&Q to confirm the time of delivery; the order was correct in every respect and packed securely to prevent possible transit damage. Absolutely first class service organised by well-informed professionals.

    Visited the stores at Crewe and also Meir Park. The staff on the returns counter at Crewe and the staff on the decor counter at Meir Park were the most helpful that we have encountered.

    We go to B & Q quite a lot for various products and there has never been a problem. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending B & Q to family and friends. The new self service system now in place is useful if there are queues.

    B & Q store in dunfermline were absolutely amazing when we purchased a faulty boiler from Heatline, they done there utmost to deal with our case and gave us a quick result by replacing our boiler with a better quality boiler at no extra cost including new instalation costs. Top marks here particularly staff memeber called Robert.

    My Mum placed an order with B&Q in January 2009 for a Kitchen, bathroom and new flooring throughout her rental house. It was paid for up front in January. Original delivery date passed, then lots of stuff missing, rh bath instead of lh bath, you get the picture. Work didn't start until April(!!) when an external team was contracted by B&Q to complete the job. They messed it up completely, didn't leave expansion gaps around the flooring so it all buckled, worktop in the kitchen on an angle slo ...

    I visited the perth b& q store yesterday only to buy a toilet seat! As I was passing the assembled pine chests I stopped for a wee look and was approached by a charming lady from kent, i should have checked her name , may have been linda! anyway she asked if she could help and i asked her some questions about the furniture - she was very knowledgeable and helpful, so i ended up buying a chest of drawers and was helped to my car by this same lady - she also helped me to load it in!! the lady a ...

    We visited Stratford upon Avon store today and were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the young lady who served us. We have just one comment to make and that is a number of the packs of tiles we lifted off had broken ones in them. They had obviously been hit by a truck on one corner.     visited store NOV520 and had to ask for help. A lovely man called John helped me to find the product and helped me to carry it through the checkout and then helped me load it into my vehicle. He was friendly and helpful and made me feel like amy custom was valued. I would definitely shop with you again.

    The goods were good value for money and the staff were very helpful.The new supermarket style checkouts are a real nightmare to use unlike Tesco os Asda for instance.The young lady assistant was very helpful but was in constant demand to rectify the difficulties at the various tills

    My wife and I visited B&Q, chose the design and arranged for an advisor to visit and measure the kitchen. He arrived precisely on time, helped us arrive at just what we needed, and left us with a detailed specification and estimate. The following week we visited the store at Penryn, Cornwall, and were dealt with promptly and civilly. We left with a firm delivery date in ^ weeks time. Most impressed with the personal service from all members of staff.

    Our visit to B&Q at roneo corner, romford, was excellent. We were looking for grey textured paving slabs and although they only had 24no on the shop floor, they soon located a pallet of them in their stores. These were delivered the following day. This service was very different to the service we received at the gallows corner store. There we had ordered 135no slabs and were told they would take 2 weeks to deliver. After 3 weeks we were then told that delivery would be 4 - 6 weeks and then ...

    Started a wallpapering project samples on display at Ellesmere Port branch told out of stock,went to Chester branch 12 mile round trip,purchased paper.bought one roll too many returned the UNOPENED roll to the Ellesmere port branch with the intention of buying electrical goods in exchange for the unused paper,to be told that it had to go back to the point of purchase(Chester)nothing on display to back this up.staff were less than helpful, stating rules are rules over and over again,I for one wil ...

    I bought some hardboard in the Chippenham B&Q store to use in a youth work project. They cut it up for me really quickly, I did not have to wait around for service and I was delighted with the self service method of payment that has been installed. I am really impressed with the staff who talked me through using the machine, as I have never used one before. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and because they cut up the hardboard for me, it has made my husband happy, with one less job for ...

    When it comes to B&Q having to get items in what are not in stock they are RUBBISH we ordered a wash basin on 30th of august told it would take 2 weeks to come in now we have been informed that it wont be delivered till the 10th of october thats 6 weeks. They allways make sure they have there money up front so it makes interest in there account. I have now cancelled the order and gone some where different purchased same item delivery 1 week.This is not the first time i have had this problem with ...
