Good Points: None that come to mind.
Bad Points: Paid £250 for work that never happened!
General comments: AKO Autos in London did not undertake the work to my car which I paid them to do, despite assurances by phone and in person by them, that the work had been done. The car continued to overheat and lose coolant.
Being competent with motor mechanics, I performed a diagnostic test myself, and my suspicions were confirmed. Nothing of the work I had entrusted to AKO AUTOS had been undertaken.
So it's difficult to rate the quality of work - as none had been performed! All the gasgets including inlet and exhaust manifolds and most importantly the cylinder head gasget were the factory originals. I'd left the car with AKO AUTOS for 4/5 days, paid them and received a receipt which clearly sates "parts and labour" and "Change head gasget".
I have not had a reply to repeated requests for a refund.
