    Good Points: Claim to be an "ethical" company. Front line staff seem friendly.


    Bad Points: Will treat even the most basic claim e.g. leaking pipe with suspicion and work towards avoiding payment.


    General comments: I believe it is better that you pay more money and go to someone who can actually pay for a claim, ( now you know why their insurance is so cheap). From my experience the members of the claim team will attempted to "invalidate" my claim and gave me the impression that they had good knowledge of that particular problem. For a simple claim less than £300 they are asking me to provide them with a detailed tradesman report to verify that damage was caused by ACCIDENTAL means.
