    western general insurance company is a joke!! i called!! it took them 2 weeks to "only" check my car!! when i ask the company who fix the car, they say they are waiting for the insurance company to approve!! until now!! it's been 2 weeks!! i called!! the guy who does my claim always out to lunch!! no supervisor!! nothing!! i got to deal with no one!! i was really disappointed by pacific honda who actually gave me that insurance company!! i trusted honda company!! but it fails to do its job!!!

    As a claimant (their policy holder hit my car), western general insurance company service is unbelievable. no return calls. it's not my fault your insured party hit my car!! it took them a week to get an adjuster to see my vehicle. then it took another week to get a response from the main claims rep. Then, they take over 30 days to reimburse me for the car rental bill. this is the worst possible experience in my life. no wonder this insurance is cheap. price and quality of service sure does bal ...

    No Customer "Service" whatsoever at Western General Insurance Company.
    People are hard to reach by phone
    You will be put on hold for a long time with no response
    I feel they take no proper ownership of responsibilities.

    I personally did not like the insurance company at all. I called in at 3:30pm finally got a hold of a rep. at 3:34pm, let her know my situation. Got transferred to a general manager at 3:35pm, was on hold for 45 minutes no answer so I finally hung it the line myself at 4:39pm. I would have rather spent the extra $10.00 a month to receive a better functioning insurance Co. Always left messages with P.O.C. number never got a returned call. Talked to my Broker and he could not get a hold of the ...

    My husband and I had never been in an accident before and last month was the first time and i called them around 4 o clock and keep getting the answer machine...my husband and i was stuck where we got into accident almost the whole night trying to get help from our so called insurance...I was more furious than disappointed but don't worry, i wasn't furious at you, i was more disappointed at my husband for even thinking that you guys were as good as you state in your commercial....the worse part ...

    Western General Insurance Company in California will continue to send you bills and will say to you, If you don't pay it will be negative for you credit history.
    If you will call them. They will not answer your call. You might end up in answering machine or you might be put on hold for long and suddenly they will disconnect your call when you are on hold.
    That's unfair to CONSUMERS, by putting their credit history on stake.
