    Mirror Mirror, Crouch End was the first bridal shop I visited and although I did visit other shops, none had the service or dresses of Mirror Mirror. I found the service was not pushy in the slightest and they were more than happy to help with suggestions for dresses and let me try on as many as I wanted. I never felt pushed for time, even though on several occasions my fittings took longer than anticapted. I had to visit several times as I was loosing weight during the build up to my wedding and I found I looked forward to each visit and would come away feeling really excited about my dress. My dress fitted me perfectly on the day and I felt like a princess in it, I would definitely recommend Mirror Mirror and Andrea, who fitted my dress did an amazing job.

    Visited Mirror Mirror Angel last week. Thought the service was amazing. I turned up 40 mins late (due to bad planning and being from out of town!). Natasha was brilliant. Very attentive with great advice. She stayed with us for as long as we needed although she was in a rush to get out. Gave me the time to try on as many dresses as I liked.     Mirror Mirror - When I started my wedding dress hunt I went to the obvious places in the West End and was greeted with sullen faced assistants holding out sample sizes 10-12 of dresses they clearly only wanted waifs to be wearing (I am a size 12-14 - hardly enormous and zero relevance to beauty).     I loved Mirror Mirror the first time I visited and the assistant let me try on as many dresses as I wanted which was amazing and when I found one I liked she suggested ways of making it perfect through removing straps and boning the bodice which sounded great and I went ahead.     Rubbish. Mirror Mirror, London had by far the worst selection of dresses and the worst staff I have ever met in a Wedding Dress fitting! Incompetent and rude. There are much better places out there.

    Mirror Mirror in Angel was by far and away the best experience of wedding dress shopping I had. Having dealt with people who clearly thought I was not good enough to be in their shop or had been rude to my friends throughout London this was a stark contrast.     Having trawled around so many Bridal shops it was not only a breath of fresh air but a lovely experience that I had at Mirror Mirror in Crouch end. The had a lovely collection of dresses, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Brilliant at letting know what would suit my shape and venue, I can't wait to get my dress fitted and get married!!!

    Very dissapointing - I found the Mirror Mirror fitter to be quite rude. I had to go back a number of times to the shop for fittings and missed a flight on the week of my wedding to have final alterations

    I went to the Crouch End Mirror Mirror. It was the 5th or so bridal shop I'd been to so I'm becoming something of an expert. This was one of my least favourite experiences. The member of staff who helped me was anything from friendly and quite judgmental I thought. they picked out a couple of nice dresses though but having to deal with them again puts me off the dress! Also there didn't seem to be much of a selection of dresses....

    I only visited the Islington branch, but it was the final stop in my wedding dress hunt. Their boutique was a sharp contrast to others I had visited in London: Natasha was ebulliently friendly, made great suggestions, and had a real eye for fashion. In other places (such as Browns Bridal, Selfridges), I wasn't allowed to try on dresses of my own selection, and saleswomen were quick to inform me that I might be too fat (I'm a size 8) or too poor (I had no budget limitations) for their gowns.     Go there if you need space, time, and warmth in the selection of your dream dress. And a fully personal service from a family that you would love to have dinner with!
    Exceptional staff. I had only heard great things about this place, and it's all true.     I loved my experience at mirror mirror.I had no clue what i wanted and they really helped me find the best shape for my figure.I thought everyone was really nice and helpful especially the person who helped me.I could have worn any of the 2 dresses i whittled it down to.

    The staff member I encountered at Mirror Mirror in Crouch End was quite rude and unhelpful. It was my first experience of trying on a wedding dress and instead of it being fun I found it quite unpleasant. I did notice that the other customer in the shop was enjoying much better service than I was so perhaps I was unlucky. I won't be going back!

    I really recommend the Crouch End branch of Mirror Mirror wedding dresses in London. I think the staff are very nice and professional, and they helped me a lot, and at not time did they push me to buy; they just gave me the best advice.

    I was quite surprised to find Pronovias 2008 collection at Mirror Mirror in Crouch end, and they even had wedding dresses that the London Pronovias did not have already.

    Truly exceptional service from first visiting Mirror Mirror, to collecting my dress. I would like to say a big thank you to them, and I look forward to sending them the photos of me in my dress on the day.

    I would recommend visiting Mirror Mirror wedding dresses in London. Do visit both stores, but beware of the not too friendly staff at the Crouch End store.
