I had appointment only for updating the software.But it occured that I was supposed to pay £180 for unbloking the filter which i knew for sure that it was not blocked. I even didn't speak with any of the mechanics but with one of the lady who in my opinion had no knowledge about what is going on with my car. I don't have to mention the amount of time I had to spend there waiting for my car which in fact it lasted only around 30 minut max to fix the problem. I am really really disappointed... (read more)

They were dealing with DPF problem in my Mazda 6. After 'job was done' I had a caal - that everything is OK, and about taking payment. Next day I saw my car - still in the limp mode, the same problem! Fault codes told them what the problem was - instead of telling me that they can't help me - they tried to repair it. As a company that prides itself on keeping in touch with the customer and keeping them informed of what is going on they fall very badly and do not try to get up. I had my car booked in for a service online and requested some additional work, the service was confirmed online with date and collection time window of 08:00 - 11:oo. Glad I chose to ignore the bad reviews. Great service, Car (BMW 3 series) collected from work on time, service carried out as stated, car washed and also cleaned inside, returned to work by 230pm with service book stamped. Saved £65 on main dealer price. Will definately use again. (read more)

All that they wrote on their website is just a marketing gimmick. I had my car full service done using these brokers, after service I feel the car the same and it wasn't cleaned as they mentioned on their website. When complained they said will refund me £10, its nearly more than month past still now credit. I would never ever use them again. And you too stay away from these brokers. (read more)

Excellent service from Prestige. Answered all my queries and allayed any fears I had regarding whether it would invalidate my warranty by having car serviced by them. Picked vehicle up when they said they would and brought it back cleaned inside and out. Tremendous service and half the cost of dealership prices. I used to use Prestige in Portsmouth and they were great, never an issue. However when I used them last year after moving to Beckenham I had a different experience. The service book was stamped for service against the wrong model, the wrong service and with the wrong mileage - they did call back and collect the book and correct it next day, however stamping the book is meant to be the easy part surely? Booked a service online with these people as i was impressed to see they could arrange a service on Bank Holiday Monday. Booked and recieved a booking ref number. After that nothing. 14 phone calls, no one answered, e mails, messages left for someone to contact me for confirmation. I got nothing. I would definetely not recommend to anyone. I work full time so I left my car with the keys on the drivers front wheel. I was called to advise that someone was leaving to pick the car up. One the service was finnished I was called and advised all ok and that the car would be returned and keys put through my front door. Part of the service is the car is valeted and washed so it was returned to me looking lovely. I must say that everthing was so very easy and I will definately use them again (read more)

I used to use the BMW main dealer for all of my servicing, but decided to use Prestige for this one to save some money. I was impressed with the service, the collection and delivery and the wash they gave my car at the end. The driver was friendly and helpful but most importantly, I didn't have to take any time off work to get this done, which is great as I don't get many days holiday as it is! (read more)

Last week used Prestige for the second time for MOT and service, with no issues to report on previous occasion. Same garage was used by prestige on both occasions. Same day received feedback from Prestige that car failed MOT on 2 counts - 1 tyre slightly different size to all others. Bizarre. This turns out to be true, however a full set of tyres had been fitted 1 week before previous year's MOT carried out by same garage - so unless someone had switched a tyre (unlikely) in the meantime... I have not had a car for a few years so servicing was something I was going to use the dealer for, however after searching the Internet I thought this was worth a try. However in hindsight I wish I would have gone to the dealer. Had a problem with work done which was spotted by a different garage. They suggested going back to prestige to get this sorted. Started well but went downhill with confusing advice - From "there's nothing wrong but you could get it replaced... to "you should get it replaced...but you'll need to get he whole thing done" followed by " If you don't and it goes wrong your engine could fail... My car needed turning around quickly because I had left it too late. I used Prestige Car Servicing because of the convenience of web searching. The level of support offered is good and I was advised of non urgent points that i migght want to consider in the future without being sold extras. This was not the case before I changed. I think it is worth the peace of mind knowing that you have a trusted solution with friendly back up to go with it. (read more)

Easy to arrange, very quick to set up (much quicker than car's main dealer). £150 cheaper than main dealer forthe same service - with the advantage of having car collected from home and returned to me later. Pleasant telephone customer service people too. (read more)

Bit nervous as usually go through main dealer but increasingly find their prices extortionate. Communication via phone and e-mail was very good and courteous with updates and permission obtained for any "upgrades" although was advised of extra cost for low ash oil having a DPF on my car before even booked. I've used them 3 times now, twice for my car and once for my wife's. I have always been happy with the service. A friend of mine recently forked out £1,200 for his service and repair work when he went to his local garage, I must say that I trust these guys a lot more whenever I hear stories like that. A professional company with outstanding customer service. From the call I made to book in my car, right up to today when my car was serviced and MOT'd I have had an excellent experience.
As a single female I always worry about car repairs and the like and having to talk to garages. But not today. I have to say that everyone I have dealt with from the garage and from Prestige Car servicing was very pleasant and the best thing .... the prices were a nice surprise too.

My 09 BMW 520d was picked up at the agreed time by the repairer who is 14 miles away from my home. The car had its A service, was washed, cleaned and returned at 4.00pm the same day. My service book was stamped by the repairer and a completed safety check sheet was provided to show safety related items had been checked. I have used prestige twice now, once with my 3 series BMW and once with my wife's golf and can whole heatedly recommend them cheaper than the dealer
car has never ran better since using them,courteous staff and very smooth and professional transactions, always seem very good value for me, have been burnt by dealer prices before, excellent service all round! (read more)

Prestige offer a very convenient and affordable service for your car. You know what the service will cost (unless they find anything untoward with your car)and collect and drop off at a place wherever you want. Also, apart from being serviced, the car is valeted and it's a nice touch, thinking that you car has been pampered for the day! I've used them twice, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. Fast, convenient and the home collection and delivery enabled me to save about 4 hours of my personal time. My service book was fully updated and a copy of the invoice was received the following day by email. I saved about 50% of the cost I would have paid at an Audi Dealer. I would just like to say that this had to be the easiest car service ever! Car collected, serviced and redelivered, all when you said it would be and for a lot less than a main dealer would charge. A courtesy call to say all was OK and it even came back clean!

I've used servicing stop in the past and found them to be very expensive and the level of service was terrible. I have to work fairly hard and at times I simply don't have the time to take my car to the garage and then get it back, so having a company collect my car from my work and then return it saves me time and money.

I am a normal professional person who has been well 'fleeced' by this garage. . This garage has a superficial flavour of respectability but once you have surrendered your keys, the polite attitude changes. Not only that, but they are brilliant in generating faults which conveniently they can repair. I know about cars so I am reliable in the account that some of the faults are made up. Decided to get prestige to do full service B on my X5,i found it convienent when they collect and return and clead,i thought what a bargin.
They collect on time,guy looked like a student,no ID nothing,i had to call the garage to confirm his name,i was not about to give my X5 to anyone.

I liked the idea of saving some money for a full service and MOT compared with my local Peugeot garage. www.prestigecarservicing.com looked good and following a quick call all was booked for Full Service B. My experience was awful with Prestige car service.
- I booked my car for Inspection II and all they did was to vacuum clean it for £403.
- The engine oil was over filled and it is clear that the old oil was not fully drained.
- Brake fluid was not changed even though it was over due as the counter indicates and the instructions tell.
- I was charged for spark plugs £65 + VAT but it should have been included with inspection II as the main dealer would do.

Used Prestige after Servicestop couldnt even get my booking correct.
Prestige turned up on time , took to a well reputed local garage, rang with 3 observations rather than faults together with prices and then returned the car cleaned and vac'd. Invoice arrived by email immediately.
Am sure to a great extent it depends on the local agarge doing the work but in our case worked like a dream (read more)
