“Upset and disappointed”

I have used Prestige for several years. I trusted them. I am a female who knows nothing about cars. I was going through paperwork looking up details for something and realised that my service costs were hugely different each time I had seen them (5 times) and the same service had been continually repeated. Now I'm sure an oil change and service may have been all that was needed, but to have variations of nearly £80 each time is ridiculous. “Simply Rubbish Time wasters”

Their sole purpose is to get as much as they can. Their stories keep changing. Very unprofessional. No breakdown of work parts or labour. I was initially promised that the car will be fixed in 2 days but eventually took 2 weeks. False excuses like parts ; delivery ; dealer unavailibity. On threatening them for action, the car was dramatically fixed in 24hours through main dealer next day at end of week 2. “Disgusted ”

This place is a joke. When I first looked at the car It had marks on the body work and small issues around the car which I was advised would be fix ... I was told everything would be ready in a week at the latest which was critical for me as I had an operation due and could not leave the house for two weeks after to collect the car ... “Never ever again”

I had appointment only for updating the software.But it occured that I was supposed to pay £180 for unbloking the filter which i knew for sure that it was not blocked. I even didn't speak with any of the mechanics but with one of the lady who in my opinion had no knowledge about what is going on with my car. I don't have to mention the amount of time I had to spend there waiting for my car which in fact it lasted only around 30 minut max to fix the problem. “Rip-off , nothing else”

They were dealing with DPF problem in my Mazda 6. After 'job was done' I had a caal - that everything is OK, and about taking payment. Next day I saw my car - still in the limp mode, the same problem! Fault codes told them what the problem was - instead of telling me that they can't help me - they tried to repair it. As a company that prides itself on keeping in touch with the customer and keeping them informed of what is going on they fall very badly and do not try to get up. I had my car booked in for a service online and requested some additional work, the service was confirmed online with date and collection time window of 08:00 - 11:oo. “Don't Use Prestige Car Servicing”

All that they wrote on their website is just a marketing gimmick. I had my car full service done using these brokers, after service I feel the car the same and it wasn't cleaned as they mentioned on their website. When complained they said will refund me £10, its nearly more than month past still now credit. I would never ever use them again. And you too stay away from these brokers. … Read Full Review

was given this company after my car went wrong, and was protected with any faults, with car protect. They very quickly got me in to have my car seen to to SN Autos in Hainault,Essex. My Engine Warning light was on, I had a problem with the handbrake not holding, and also my car was using twice as much petrol as it was suppossed to. Excellent service from Prestige. Answered all my queries and allayed any fears I had regarding whether it would invalidate my warranty by having car serviced by them. Picked vehicle up when they said they would and brought it back cleaned inside and out. Tremendous service and half the cost of dealership prices. “Was OK in Portsmouth, But Disappointed in Beckenham”

I used to use Prestige in Portsmouth and they were great, never an issue. However when I used them last year after moving to Beckenham I had a different experience. The service book was stamped for service against the wrong model, the wrong service and with the wrong mileage - they did call back and collect the book and correct it next day, however stamping the book is meant to be the easy part surely? Booked a service online with these people as i was impressed to see they could arrange a service on Bank Holiday Monday. Booked and recieved a booking ref number. After that nothing. 14 phone calls, no one answered, e mails, messages left for someone to contact me for confirmation. I got nothing. I would definetely not recommend to anyone. “MOT MADE EASY!”

I work full time so I left my car with the keys on the drivers front wheel. I was called to advise that someone was leaving to pick the car up. One the service was finnished I was called and advised all ok and that the car would be returned and keys put through my front door. I was impressed with the service, the collection and delivery and the wash they gave my car at the end.
