    Good Points: Fills and conditions hair.
    Extends color life, and helps hair color evenly.


    Bad Points: Found only in beauty supplies (like Sally)


    General comments: L'Oreal Pre-Color Primer is one of the best products if you color on a regular basis. It fills any damaged areas to give an even color result, no matter how many times you re-color the same hair. It also "Pre-Wets" the hair, so the color product covers the hair better, without needing more tint mixture. It works with any brand or type of "Permanent" hair color. Repeated applications leave the hair strong, smooth and silky. You can use the "Full Head" Application method every time, and your color will "Take" and STAY even - No streaking, banding, Or "Off-Color" ends or roots.
