“Worst experience! Apparent good deal became a rip off !”

Flights delayed always, luggage damaged to such extent that it could not be carried on wheels anymore, ripped off from £55 just before boarding the plane because my hand luggage was less than 5 cm bigger and would not come out easily from the baggage gauge (unlike other airlines which have a bit bigger allowances -i.e. easyjet- and never had problems before with the same suitcase). The interesting thing is that no one said anything while doing the check in, security check or passport check.... (read more)

“Blue Air Robbed me Flt 143 Jan 2, 2013”

Took a flight from Naples, Italy to Bucharest, Ro. All O.K. On the return I checked in on line and got two seats in the middle not together. No way to change. No way to change at the airport. Was told to work it out with the other passengers. At baggage check my Samsonite carry-on was weighed at 9.5kg and deemed ok. When the flight was called we were forced to put the carry-ons in an undersized frame checker. Much smaller than the overhead bins on the 737. Although the bag fit nicely... (read more)

my dad was going to lahore yesterday via manchester airport, the flight was at about 9:30 and got delayed till 12PM! later on something wrong happened with the plane and one of the parts were being ordered from London so the flight got delayed AGAIN until the next day at 1:00 in the afternoon! none of the staff would tell anyone what was going on and some people were previously stranded from 2/3 days before. everyone started shouting at the airport so the staff called the police and evryone... I think i was on the same flight as your father. Flight eventually departed the next day at 11pm.

If you contact the civil aviation authority you will get guidelines on how to claim compensation of 600 euros per passenger..comment back if you need any assistance

“Worlds worst airline”

Beware these people are robbers. Firstly we paid for reserved seating online only to find at check in they had given them so someone else. At check in on our return journey our carry on luggage was checked and all was ok. We then bought some things in duty free and just as we are boarding they whip out the scales and tell us our carry on luggage is now over weight because of our duty free shopping (they made us put it all in one bag) and if we want to get on the plane we have to check in the... Mr Channa ( incharge of Mancherter Office ) is a very dangerous person should be labelled as terrorist as he attacked me ( he knew that CCTV is out of order ) when I stood at the edge of his office resulting I called Metropolitian Police. We wanted to change our flight from Bucharest to leave 4 days later and we could only fly with BlueAir. We were apprehensive at first but when We had to buy another ticket for my daughters violin. And when we wanted to check in online, my daughters ticket didn't come up! We decided that when we were leaving the next day we could ask the people at the airport to help us. I was flying from Bacau Romania to Dublin, I was treated like rubbish by the airport personnel, finally they charged me for a child buggy 35 euros. Just one week before we flew from Dublin to Bacau with the same company and we didn’t have to pay for buggy. They can’t explain to you anything, they are ignorant and once again prove – stay away from Romania, Bad experience. “Worst airline company ever.”

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an airline company. Blueair's website is a terrible mess and online booking is just something completely absurd -- or maybe they do it on purpose -- after filling out a lot of forms and reaching the confirmation page the site suddenly forgot all details and returned an error. Our flight just got cancelled, and we did not receive ANY email or phone call to let us know about this cancellation !!! We just found out having a look randomly on their website !!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous... But that's not all, when you are trying to contact them to get an explanation, you have to make a call to a ridiculously overpriced number (1 EUR / MIN !!!!!!) Blue Air is the worst ever!!!
The quality service bad, they didn't fly on time,everything BAD
When we flew it was winter and they said they couldn't take the ice out off the plane.We borded the plane and they sent us back to the airport because there was too much ice on the plane and they didn't have the machine to clean it. Do NOT fly Blue Air! I booked a flight from Larnaca to Milan in February 2010 travelling on 29th September. On 10th September I received a telephone call from Orthodoxou Group in Cyprus, Reps for Blue Air, advising me that this route would be cancelled from 15th September. Blue Air rating 0/5 but I have had to score them 1/5 for this system to accept my review. Blue Air Company policy manifests as: Admit no error, accept no responsibility. Weasel word wherever possible.

On April 2 we booked two return tickets for a September trip Larnaca - Warsaw. Early in August Blue Air cancelled our return flight saying we would have to return earlier if we wished to travel. We accepted rather than cancel and our trip was reduced from 10 days to 1 week.

Flight arrived 7 hours late in Luton, appaling customer service by Blue Air ground staff at Baneasa. No information as to what the delay was, people had to phone the airline to find out what was going on. Staff disappeared to avoid angry passangers,and only gave us refreshments after lots of arguing in which I had to remind them of their obligations under EU law. Having flown to Romania many times using All the various carriers BA, Tarom, Wizz and Blueair. Blue air were acceptable until their recent move to Luton airport. Now I will not fly with them as I will not fly with Wizz for the same reason. Luton is bad and then you get to Baneasa airport in Bucuresti who treat passenger like cattle.

Although slightly late, and limited english by the cabin crew, for a budget airline, the privaledge of reclining seats and free water made blue air even more value for money. The arrival airport was 10 minutes from the town centre adding to the benefit of flying this way. The 7kg cabin baggage limit was unexpected, and less than usual, however it meant finding a space in the overhead bins was much easier then on ryanair. (read more)

Bad attitude shown by the flight attendant, arrogant and unprofessional, they spoke a very poor english. The cabin was dirty from previous flight (they said some gipsies were on board). The flight took off late and no explanation was given by the captain nor any welcome on board. During the flight everybody complained about the heating in the cabin.. too warm.

I flew with Blue Air in May 2009 from Larnaca to Bucharest and back and I am overall very pleased with this airline. The price of the ticket was very good at 111 Euro including the visa payment fee of 2 euro. Checking in luggage would have cost another 7 Euro each way but I didn't have any.

Each passanger is allowed to take 7 Kg of hand luggage to the cabin free of charge. On the return I had 10 Kg but they just let me take it without even mentioning anything. They also assigned me a... (read more)
