Good Points: Flight itself - once we eventually got going - was the same as any other budget airline.

Bad Points: Our flight was delayed and then cancelled, and staff were unable to provide clarity on why it was cancelled or when they would be able to fly us out. Because of the uncertainty, they kept a plane-load of passengers sitting around the airport for at least 12 hours, waiting to hop on a plane.

General comments: I wouldn't fly with Atlas Blue again, given the bad experience we had in May 2009. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and then cancelled.

I can say in all honesty Atlas Blue were faultless on my flight from LGW to FES.
On time, very hospitable cabin crew and a very clean plane.

Great fare.Dont bother to eat on board ,just take your own.

It was a great flight and I would travel with them again.

Avoid Atlas Blue at all costs. It is true that they are a low cost airline but so are Easy-Jet and Ryanair and I have never had a bad experience with them despite flying with them on numerous occasions. Being a low cost airline is no excuse besides it cost me £170 per ticket to fly with them which is hardly a low cost! I flew to Fez from Gatwick. The outbound flight was delayed by 5 hours. Apparantly the original pilot was sick and they therefore had to find a replacement. Atlas Blue d ...

I would NOT recommend Royal Air Maroc / Atlas Blue to anybody. It's a total waste of money and time! We had booked our flights with Royal Air Maroc online. The flight turned to be operated by Atlas Blue without any indication of it in the site or the tickets. We were on our way to spend 4 days in Marrakech and ended up spending as much time in airports as in Morocco itself. Both on the way there and back we were stranded at the airport for 7-8 hours... overnight!! Of course, with no information a ...

Atlas-Blue had very poor communication and customer service. It is a strange and disappointing way to finish a holiday in such an incredible country as Morocco by waiting in an airport for a whole day while the company looks for a plane to rent. It is beyond my understanding and simply disrespectful to customers for not providing a service promised.Perhaps the most frustrating is to arrive at your final destination at 3AM and have to wait 2 hours more until public transport services start up aga ...

Atlas-Blue flight from Tangier to Heathrow was fine.
Return flight Gatwick to Tangier...delayed 28 hours..no representation or communication from Atlas Blue. I experienced unbelievably poor customer service . The offices were not even aware the flight had been cancelled.

3 weeks later cannot get a letter for travel insurance from them stating the flight was cancelled. Shocking service

I can't think of any good points at the moment! Bad points, the actual time of the flight from Gatwick is an hour later than the time advertised and confirmed on the reservation. Money debited from my credit card is more than the amount confirmed when I reserved. I have no responses from customer services and I'm still waiting for a refund of the difference I was over charged! Terrible customer service, I shall never fly with this airline again

Terrible airline! I understand that delays do happen but communication from staff was almost non-existent. Further checks have made me aware that delays of this length (and worse) are common for this airline.

Satisfied customer. Flight from Amsterdam to Tangiers, May 2008. Pleasant flight, polite crew, and a nice hot meal. Good customer service, comfort on flight, nice food and would recommend.

Booked and paid for a flight with Atlas Blue from Madrid to Tangier. Was sent an e mail a couple of weeks later that said the flight had been cancelled and that I should call their office in London to get a refund. That was over a month ago and after many phone calls I still haven't got my money back. They try to fob you off by asking YOU to call an office in Morocco to arrange a refund. I would not recommend this company

The plane is very uncomfortable no leg room.. the staff are so rude and ignorant.. The rudest ever on an aircraft ... food ok. They cant communicate with passengers. There are really no good points to Atlas Blue and I have travelled on the Dublin to Agadir flight on many times. One of the air hostesses went over the top at me on my last flight home. Not a very nice experience.

Atlas Blue is the worst airline I ever experienced, I didn't get any customer service. My flights didn't run as I bought and as noted on their website. I advise you to be very careful. When I checked their schedule, I found no flights left Marrakech at 7:30am.

I couldn't find a rep for the airline at the check in. I had to wait for hours for someone in their office to speak with me and the only offer I got was another flight another day.
