    Good Points: Good at getting you to sign up with them with the promise of hassle free energy.


    Bad Points: Not good at customer relations, or providing you with information.


    General comments: I have been waiting for a refund form Swalec of almost 300 pounds since May 07. it is now November 07 and I am still waiting. Every time I phone I am told that the refund will be with me in 7 - 10 working days and they are sorry for the delay. I am given no reason for them holding on to my money. I am sure that if I with held a payment that my supply would be cut and they would not accept me saying my payment will be with you in "7 - 10 working days". I am now changing my supplier.
