Good Points: It has a near- perfect balance and a unique grip. Powerful blade and is a long handle bat.
Bad Points: Good solid seasoning is required.
General comments: The Kookaburra Big Beast is good, excellent bat but not your thing if your looking for a 'feather-weight' bat to play the spinners.
The bat is thick and is an exceptional bat to have if your batting in the top 4. Do your seasoning though: The bat must be knocked in for 45 minutes in a row for at least 10 days, the lower half of the blade is quite weak unless it is seasoned well; oil and sand paper is not needed and will spoil the bat, use a ball hammer

The Kookaburra Big Beast cricket bat is good for slogging and almost every shot goes miles! I can get great power with it the only bad thing, personally for me is that its a bit too heavy.
