    We purchased a cycle store. For some reason i didn't read the reviews on Simply Garden Furniture - you get complacent after having good service.

    Delivery is advertised as 2-5 working days. After 10 days we were told it would be with on the Wednesday or Thursday. On the Wednesday we were told it would be with us sometime next week. At least i got my money back.

    A good website offering products at a competative price. Shame they can't deliver. Even the customer service staff sound as though they're getting exasperated at the situation.

    This simply garden furniture is obviously NOT built to last as I have discovered. I ordered an oval table and 6 chairs in March 2008. The furniture seemed ok, with no damage at the time of delivey. Having treated the furniture and then using the table only about half a dozen times due to the poor Summer last year, we stored it away in our garden shed for the Winter.     This was the first time I'd bought on line, so I was a bit nervous. However, the service has been fantastic - I had 2 e mails and a phone call to confirm the order and delivery date. The garden bench I ordered is beautiful and half the price of any I've seen in the garden centres. I will use this company again and will recommend it to my friends and family. My experience bore no resemblance to some of the reviews I've read here,

    Didn't receive my order on-time,
    I found it very hard to get through to them when I had an enquiry.
    I thought the Returns Policies were Complicated
    Took 4 weeks to collect the goods as they arrived damaged.
    Took a further 4 weeks after that to agree to a refund.
    Originally ordered garden furniture 25th July 2008 and have not received refund yet, it is now middle of September 2008!

    Problems experienced with www.simplygardenfurniture.com when a product return was required. Approx 40min wait on support lines and when finally through person was unable to help. Recommend doing all communication in email although it does take a standard 7 working days for a response. In my case a refund was given eventually but only after a lot of emails and persistence. Supplier even asked me to arrange courier to return items at their cost as they were busy, which I did, only to be told th ...

    Goods (wooden garden furniture) from Simply Garden Furniture eventually arrived but I thought the quality was disappointing - remember the old adage - you get what you pay for.
    Suggestion - go to your local garden centre or B&Q - see the product and pay the going rate.
    I will never use this company again.

    I ordered goods online and money debited from credit card. 10 days later an email told me the item had been discontinued and that I should contact the company if I wanted a refund. Have received no apology - still awaiting refund through clunky and slow process.

    I wish I had read these other reviews before ordering. I would not recommend this company.

    Ordered table and six chairs, when we phoned to order we checked with the lady to confirm that it came with umbrella and seat pads, when delivered no umbrella and seat pads, phoned to ask where they were said a mistake had been made have to pay for them, so phoning on principle to come and take the set back.
    Takes to long for customer services to speak to them.

    Had a hardwood garden set since August 2007 from Kybotech. Had a few issues with two of the chairs breaking in 2008. They were very appologetic and allowed us to upgrade to a teak set effectively refunding the old sets value. This new set arrived promptly and is constructed to a high standard of materials and manufacture. We are very pleased with the product and the Customer Service offered. I get the feeling they are trying very hard to get things right.

    40+ mins on the telephone. Order & money taken but then suspiciously there was no order on their system. Delivery note came saying we would get the goods the next day and then goods delivered 1 week later. Delivery hotline permanently on answer phone. Not delivered by their own drivers was sent via normal courier.

    Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Incomplete orders, misleading information. Deliveries not arriving when they are
    supposed to. Impossible to get through to after care sales. Overall a poor company to deal with.

    I had searched high and low for a good quality patio set, and found the Billy-Oh Eucylptus 6 seat with cushions and parasol from Simply Garden Furniture. It was a good price and looked great.
    However, I must admit that as a keen internet buyer, I did read the bad reviews about this particular website (and other companies of Kybotech Ltd) and was a little worried.     My order was not complete when it arrived. 2 items were missing and the table was broken. When I tried to contact the customer service department by phone I was kept on hold for 35 minutes. By the time I got to talk to a customer service representative I was so fed up I requested they collect the goods and refund me in full.

    Ordered Monday night, delivered Thursday afternoon. Very easy to order and prompt delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the product when compared to B&Q, Homebase etc.
    Would definitely recommend!

    I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Kybotech or whatever they are calling themselves. I ordered a garden set at a great price. I was told I would have it be Easter... this won't be happening. I was given less than 24 hours notice that I could expect the delivery between 7am and 7pm. I took the day off work and then at 2pm received a very confusing email saying that th delivery would not take place and that I would need to wait up to two weeks for delivery.     Simply Garden Furniture www.simplygardenfurniture.com is easy to order on line. very quick delivery. delivered 4 working days after ordering. great communication. the table and chair garden set... well it was even better than we thought it would. i would without a doubt use this company again. At the end of the day there will be some people who will find fault or have a bad experience with every company out there. but i never had one single problem. and would recommend using simply furniture.

    Before buying from this company use your Search Engine and type-in 'Kybotech Reviews'. Kybotech is the company that is also responsible for Simply Garden Furniture and others.

    Don't depend on the reviews you see on their individual websites; take them from an independent site. Check it out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

    Simply Garden Furniture are impossible to speak to anyone on the phone once you have placed your order and the payment has been made. The Teak furniture that I ordered is cracking after just over a month outside. The leg on one of the chairs is split and needs to be replaced, and there has been no response to my email sent on 1st August 2007 and a second on 14/15th August 2007. How my order managed to be sent to a non-address in Lancashire and not Hampshire on two occasions is unbelievable, part ...
