    I would have no problem recommending Woven Ground.
    Ordered a leather and hemp rug and was told the exact day for delivery (5 days later) and it arrived, well packaged and looked exactly as it did on the website.
    Beautiful rug!

    I searched for a rug by colour on the Woven Ground website, found one that looked different, ordered it and when I finally received it I was shocked to find out it was plum rather than red! I emailed wovenground immediately and the reply was that they offered a 7 day returns via their carrier charged at 20 pounds for small rugs, more for larger rugs (!) - no apologies, no other solution, even if the reason for the return was that the rug was not red as it looked on their website!     We bought a rug which was not quite the right colour for our room so we decided to take advantage of the 7 day satisfaction and return it. I had seen another product and rang them as I wanted to make an exchange. The lady we spoke to was really helpful she processed a new order for me over the phone and arranged a delivery and collection that suited me. Its not easy with school runs to be home all day.

    I recently purchased two design your own rugs from Wovenground. I called for advice and they could not have been more helpful, they sent me samples three times whilst I was selecting the correct range, kept me up to date on the time the rugs took, and when they were ready they rang to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
    I have to say I could not be happier with the service, or the rugs that they have made for me, I will certainly be using Wovenground again!.

    Woven Ground - My wife has been looking for a rug for our 3 year olds bedroom for ages she found WovenGround in the telegraph and found a rug she liked however did not want to put our credit card details in on line - I called from work and found them to be really useful and paid on the phone. In fact they were so helpful we have now ordered 2 other rugs for other rooms - both of which arrived on time

    We ordered an oversized sisal rug which was beyond the normal production size 3.5m x 11m. We were a little concerned about ordering this size as other online retailers said they could not do it as it was too big.Wovenground took all our details, checked production and then confirmed 3-4 weeks for delivery before they processed our order and payment.     Woven Ground is a good site with a wide range of products not found anywhere else.Prices seem really good and a wide selection of hand knotted and hand tufted wool rugs.Very helpful customer service

    I am disabled and have trouble with buying things - wovenground arranged delivery to my address and sent a representative to help unpack and lay my rugs for me.There was no extra charge and their service was fantastic over the phone.

    I ordered a rug from Woven Ground on August 17th and am still waiting... I received no communication from them until I emailed. I was told it would be dispatched last thursday and that someone would call to let me know if it had or not. No call received, and my call has not been returned yet.     I ordered a rug on 2008-08-26.Once I grew a bit impatient about the delivery and expected it to be at my doorstep any minute I rang their service (Friday 5th) and was advised the order would be dispatched on Monday, 7th Sept.     The colour of the rug delivered to me from Woven Ground bore no resemblance at all to the one I saw on the website so if one makes the mistake of ordering on the basis of a picture one has to suffer the consequence of a huge collection fee. I have learned the valuable lesson that the buyer is better off going to a shop and in hindsight I found the prices no keener than those in Selfridges.

    We bought a rug (3x4m) in grey and blue from Woven Ground. When we got it the colours were really flat and very unlike the picture on the website.We took advantage of there return policy but were shocked to discover they charged us £30 to return it. When my wife called to complain the staff member was not helpful, so we are biting the bullet and just returning this rug of course we will never use Wovenground again.

    After weeks of searching I found a rug my husband and I loved from Brink and Campman on another rug website. We ordered and were advised it would be delivered in 7-14 days, however after 6 weeks it did not arrive and we had to cancel. I found the same item on wovenground.com available for immediate delivery.I called wovenground as I was concerned they might not also have the item.     I had a small problem at checkout which I think was my fault as I used my back button & ended up with 2 items in my basket.
    I called and found the woman I spoke to really helpful. She talked me through the purchase & checked the size & colour was right for me. She also explained their 7 day satisfaction guarantee which meant I didnt have to worry.
    My rug arrived within 3 days of ordering & was perfect - Well done Wovenground,com.

    I paid for a £900 rug online, and Woven Ground didn't have it in stock. I tried to get a refund, and after eventually getting hold of them to complain, they offered me another product, which I did not want, and it took me ages to get my money back!!

    This is a classic example of swish website design concealing shoddy service and a cavalier attitude to consumer rights. If you want to place an order with Woven Ground, then I recommend you read the terms and conditions very very carefully.
