Good Points: Intuitive user interface
Works on phone, PDA and desktop
Intelligent serach function
Account based privacy
Ability to share content
No adverts
Bad Points: Requires WAP2.0 enabled devices and therefore doesn't work on some old handsets
It's not free!
Only works in the UK (?)
Doesn't seem to work on 3's UK network (?)
General comments: Firstly, this is much more than just a WAP site: it's a genuinely useful personal information management tool - or "personal wiki" as it describes itself. Basically, it lets you upload your memos and attachments into web pages which can be accessed from anywhere.
The user interface is intuitive and hence easy to understand and use. Although different, there is enough continuity between the desktop and mobile user interfaces to make them feel like the same application without compromising utility or ease of use.
The intelligent search function is ilike a mini "knowledge mining" capability and going to be really useful for those with a fairly large amount of information loaded into the system. The "intelligence" in the system is also used to generate summaries of memos so that information is more easily accessible on small mobile device screens.
Although RubberSquid accounts are private and password protected, you can share content with a select group of other people like the family or club, which extends the potential use of the system into community and social networking.
This is obviously a very well thought out system with tremendous potential, it is however a paid-for system which may put some people off.

Probably because Vodafone UK sees the prospect of millions of customers visiting free desktop orientated sites on mobile phones as a way to drive data revenues ? a vision with a blind spot:
