Good Points: location
Bad Points: attracively priced breakfast, but it is terrible they charge £1.70 for a mug of tea!
General comments: Breakfast at Winchester Services is cheap, but not brilliant, mine was lukewarm - £1 .70.
Told 3 members of staff who were standing together that it was poor.

Serious rat problem has to question hygiene levels for food, etc and safety for kids when playing around there.
Petrol station was also shut which was a pain but not the end of the world for me. Just general refurb going on as far as I could see.

I had to make a stop at Winchester Services on the way back from a business meeting a few weeks ago.
I normally don't enjoy stopping at service stations off motorways. They seem to mark-up prices, but I was surprised by this station. Nice site layout, and very clean. Plus it's near to Winchester itself, so I was able to make a quick detour into the town to have a look around before heading home.
