    Bad Points: Just everything about the whole experience.


    General comments: I stopped at Woodall Services, between J30 and J31, M1 on Sunday 28th June at about 7.30pm with my sister.I will certainly never repeat that!The place is filthy, from the toilets to the disgusting state of the eating area, especially around MacDonalds where the floor was covered in trodden in food, ketchup and serviettes. Only two lads were at the service counter. The tables had not been cleared and the experience meant that we had to find somewhere else to sit. It was hard to find anywhere comfortable and clean. We eventually sat on the far side near the coffee bar.The toilets on the Southbound side were dreadful - un-flushed toilets, wet floors and hand-wash areas, bits of toilet paper everywhere. The smell was awful, the attendant was nowhere in sight and the inspection time was clearly overdue as the clock had been on zero awaiting the scheduled inspection for a long time. Ironically, there was an award certificate on the wall by the exit.
