    We always use Trowell Services station! Granted, service stations are a necessary evil - they serve overpriced food that is bad for you, the coffee is like mud and the toilets smell. This one really stands out among the rest. We love the M&S food store which means you can eat digestible food as opposed to the usual fast food rubbish. There is a Ritazza coffee shop where the coffee is positively pleasant and the staff are almost all helpful. The toilets are clean and checked hourly, the water bowls for dogs outside the station are a nice touch, and it is a positive sign that there are contact details for the manager prominently displayed should there be a problem.
