500 £ Parts ordered in December 2009. Paid in advance by bank transfer and nothing received so far, they stop communication and don't even answer anymore to emails...phone number provided in their first answers is is not working. Initial fast response on emails. Until you pay them. The whole delivery status is vague, they claim 10 workdays. In reality you don't get your order, this company is fraudulus internet scam. Beware! (read more)

In my experience the quality of Emoto goods- carbon etc. is very good. If they have what you want in stock, they are very efficient and curteous. The problems arrise if something is out of stock. They either will not reply to E-mails or tell you that things are sent when they are fully aware that not only do they not have them in stock but they have no clue as to when they might get them. Oct 18, 2009 Ordered frame plugs for my 1098. Interesting that during the order process that I was not asked to submit any payment method or acct information yet the order was 'completed'. I received a confirmation e-mail saying that they received the order and would be contacting me about payment (kind of flakey sounding to me). Based on the reviews on this list, I'm glad thet I didn't give any information other than a shipping address. I'm composing an e-mail to them cancelling my 'order'.... (read more)

I ordered over £200 of motorbike parts from EMoto UK in May and I have never received anything! their service is non-existent! They had the cheek to try and fob me off with the old 'it has been sent in the post' line, then nothing when I continued asking where my goods were.
I order a lot of motorbike stuff over the internet and i have never come across a company like this before.

eMoto UK is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered parts on 12th May and still not received them or a refund. I have noticed loads of other people have been having similar problems.

Disgraceful customer service from emoto uk internet shop. I ordered £400 worth of goods but 9 weeks later these have not been delivered. Phone calls are never responed to. You are told in early emails that goods have been dispatched, however as time goes by, Emoto UK stop responding. I have now been in touch with my credit card company who are going to begin proceedings to recover the money. Do not buy from this company unless you pay by credit card (read more)

I ordered stuff, eMoto UK took the money and then didn't deliver. I wrote to them and eventually got a reply with 2 words "good luck" when I said that unless there was news I would have to take steps to recover my money. (read more)

eMoto UK Internet Shop. Dispatch was confirmed to be within 24hrs That was over 8 weeks ago.I have received nothing. My last 10 emails and phone calls have not been responded to. I have just placed the matter in the hands of my bank.
This is very disappointing.

I would definately buy again, just have to save more money. I ordered £600 worth of Ducati carbon, excellent quality, fitted it myself with no problems. All parts were listed in stock, ordered on Thursday got the stuff on Friday. (read more)

I bought over £250 worth of bits - mainly a Brutale by-pass pipe and some Oberon foot pegs. They sent the wrong foot peg adaptors but said they would exchange them for the correct ones. It took weeks of emails, phone calls and faxes to get any response from them. At one point they kept me hanging on the phone for over 10 minutes and then just put the phone down. This brought out the worst aspects of dealing with them. They are arrogant and do not deserve to be in business. (read more)

I ordered a bunch of parts from these guys to have shipped to Japan for my MV Agusta. They said they would customize the parts and have them here in a couple weeks. I thought great, and the prices they were offering it for it was a good deal. Well, 6 weeks goes by and no parts. I purchased an order from them about 2 months ago - recieved half of it about 2 weeks later (a bit late - but not too terrible) with a note to say the rest was out of stock and would follow.
2 weeks later, nothing - tried to get through to no avail on several occasions. When I did I was met by a, I felt rude and abrupt salesman who told me that the goods will be with me in a week and hung up.

They take your money make you wait weeks for your parts then say it was made to order even though it is a standard part, but what this company really wants is for you to ask for a refund and then they keep 10% even if they clearly can't deliver.

Would love to take up complaints with eMoto myself, but the rudeness, abruptness and nonchalant attitude of the staff was just not worth my time or effort, and I believe that others should be made aware of the difficulties, they may face should they choose to try and make a purchase - however, following my experience I would not recommend they do. I ordered a Ducati front fender in carbon for my 999, WOW the quality was amazing and the fit, I got it within 5 days although their site quoted like 7-10 days. I am really happy, they even sent me some Ducati Corse stickers. I have seen some cheaper parts on the net, but I guess what they say you get what you pay for, I was happy and will go back for more in the future when I save some more £££'s! (read more)

I ordered an eprom chip for my bike, things were looking good, the automated email claimed the order was being processed, then the money was taken from my account.
A few days later another email stating the item would be dispatched that week. Magic, I thought, the sun is shining, great time to test my new mapping!
A week later.... no sign, so I tried to call, just an answer phone, so I waited another couple of days, before I dropped them an email, they replied to tell me they had apparently...
