Good Points: Fast delivery of phone
General comments: Direct Phone shop www.directphoneshop.co.uk - The procedure for cash back is deliberately made as complicated as possible. However, I followed the procedure to the letter. They have refused my cash back on the grounds that the first bill covers use from July to August, which they claim counts as 2 bills. I am in the process of challenging this through Trading Standards & Small Claims Court.

They sent the wrong colour phone and defaulted on the cashback offer despite following their rigorous procedures to the letter.
I found them awful for communicating with, as far as I'm aware I never received a response to any of my emails.

Not impressed so far very unprofessional outfit no communication, have sent everything as they stated and they are very evasive
Be very very wary and record everything you do, if i haven't heard anything by this time next week I will seek advice from Trading Standards

Direct Phone shop have confirmed that I did everything by the terms and conditions but still I receive no cashback cheque 127 days overdue now.
