    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET TO MY ACCOUNTS FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS. I AM FAR A WAY AND CANNOT GO TO THE BRANCH WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET BANKING.

    PLEASE WRITE TO ME IN ADVANCE AND LET ME KNOW HOW AND WHY YOU HAVE CHANGED THE WAY I USE TO GET INTO THE INTERNET BANKING. IT WAS VERY GOOD THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE TO PEUTER WITH THINGS THAT WORKS. WHEN IT WORKS DONT FIDDLE WITH IT LEAVE IT AS IT IS.

    THANK YOU

    BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN GET INTO THE INTERNET BANKING.

    WELL, IT'S NOW 1AM AND I'M STILL TRYING TO GET INTO MY INTERNET BANKING SECTION. WHERE IS IT????????????????? I'M ALLOWED TO WRITE A REVIEW, AND I'M ALLOWED TO BECOME AN ACHIEVER OF SOME SORT - BUT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT? NO WAY!!!!!!!!!

    IF I HAD A GUN I'D SHOOT THIS COMPUTER DEAD. THIS IS THE SECOND NIGHT IN A ROW I'M TRYING TO LOG INTO MY INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT AND ALL I CAN FIND ARE THESE BLOODY REVIEWS.
    STOP CHANGING STUFF AROUND. WHY DO YOU MAKE LIFE EVEN MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT SHOULD BE.
    I'M ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.

    why do you have to change the bloody look every now and then
    i don't give a hoot !!!!!!! about look
    i need to get into my account and pay my bloody debtors as fast as possible

    if u have 2 change, send me a lengthy email 2 months in advance so that i can read it as a bed time story!!!!!!!!

    now i dont even know where to connect.

    save time ,save money MY MONEY!!!! stop thinking up nice new cutyyyyy stuff - i don't have time for that.
    what exactly do u think i use this site for-definitaly not to ...

    General security when using internet banking has improved over the years and that gives me as a client confidence in the system. Banking has become as easy as buying bread at the coner store. It is still a glitch during pick hours and and busy days as the system is either available or slow at the time that u neeed it most.

    I enjoy Standard Bank Internet Banking.The notification of sms.on debit orders going of from my account to slow, reach me only after one day. please speed it up

    All of a sudden I can't do payments I not over my limit. I phoned the
    Standard Bank Internet Banking help desk 4 times and spend over 20 minutes from my cell phone that cost me alot of money. And all the people I spoke kept on giving settings to change which still didn't help. Im still awaiting for someone to call me back.

    Internet banking is supposed to make life easier. Whenever I log on to Standard Bank and try to pay my beneficiaries, I get an "error on page" message. I've sent E-mails to complain, but get no response. Bad service!!!!

    very covenient way of making transfers and paying accounts. standard bank internet banking is always at your fingertips day and night. very secure system.

    I have recently had my computer's memory replaced and upgraded so no longer have a bookmard page on Mazilla Fox for going straight to the login page for the standard bank internet banking so I have to start from scratch. With Google there are umpteen pages about what you can do with the Standard Bank but none leads anywhere towards logging on - very very user unfriendly.Having found this page on my search I filled in this square, did the rating and was then asked for my user details.     I think that standard bank internet banking is not user friendly and the functions have many limitations. The internet banking needs to be like how First National Bank and Nedbank is.

    Internet banking makes my life easier, because I can manage my account & transfer money from wherever in the world.
    It is so frustrating & inconveniencing to try and log on to internet banking and only to find that it's not available at times, just like now.
    This service should be available all the time.

    I am absolutely dissatisfied with Standard Bank South Africa. I am presently visiting family in Boston, United States of America. After initially registering for internet banking before leaving South Africa, it has taken me two weeks to log on. After long telephone conversations to seek advice, re-registering, I am right back where I started. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. People need to know this.

    Good go on offering the good service to your customers. Thank u for the service it has been easy for me to manage my account from abroad at the beginning there were teething problems now all has settled down.

    We can not log on to Standard Bank. What is going on to get into the site after a long battle, we google standardbank and try get on in business on line. This is not good enough we should have free access.

    I have been having problems logging to internet banking since Standard Bank introduced the one time password, I put my email address but in order for me to view it i have to log off, then log in again and they send me another email, when i alter the method to SMS i don't receive any text, probably because i'm abroad, please advise.
