been with cis insurance since 1993 , had a small claim for a wing mirror and they took all my no claims bonus off me after all those years premium went from £400 to £900 and will be paying for it until i recover full no claims bonus (read more)

CIS Insurance Company Commercial Vehicle insurance has taken 3 months and 2 assessments of vehicle damage by another vehicle and still have not been able to have repairs done - costings estimate is contracted out to a third party and will not allow any other estimates of repairs, refuses to fund replacement vehicle whilst repairs are done and have increased excess without notifying FIS OMBUDSMAN INVOLVED will never use this company again (read more)
