    Bad Points: The only bad points are that the machine is really heavy for taking up and down the stairs, very large for storing and it takes a lot of the Shampoo wash formula.


    General comments: The Bissell 1698 PowerSteamer ProHeat is an excellent machine really works and does the job easily. I have a puppy and it even got out the stains that he left. My carpets are looking great as they are two years old and I have two dogs. (they never take their shoes off) I am very impressed!
    But all in all I would buy this machine again just some of the above points you may need to bear in mind when purchasing this item.

    The Bissell 1698 PowerSteamer ProHeat is a great machine, but the durability is very poor. Their engineers need to design an stronger pump/belt or whatever system it is that pumps water out of the holding tank and onto the carpet. Something this expensive should work properly for longer than ten hours.
