    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Poor product and customer service


    General comments: I bought a Domotec DSC00003 and within 13 months it had broken twice. I only used it once a week to steam the carpets and mattresses so it wasn't being abused in any way.

    The second time it broke it was just days outside warranty and Domotec refused to either fix it or replace it. Instead they said I could buy one for the reduced price of £49.99!

    I told them it was the second time it had broken in a year but they said it had never happened to anyone else so they weren't going to do anything.

    In addition the extra cloths I ordered were not the right size for the machine. One of the attachments keeps coming off because the cloth on it is too bulky. When I complained, they said I was wrong?

    My Domotec DSC00003 worked OK once, but then never worked again! Took to pieces, found very flimsy switch in handle gone. Open circuit but awaiting part from RS and will see if that is the cure watch this space!
