    Good Points: Easy to thread - concise instructions on machine itself.
    Easy for new sewer to use
    Bobbin threading/filling easy to do


    Bad Points: I continually have the problem that the reverse sticks - this has happened every time I use it.


    General comments: I think they need to have more repair/maintenance technicians available for machines such as this Brother PS55.
    It could also be advantageous to have a do-it-yourself repair manual available to those buyers (out of warranty) that are mechanically minded and wish to repair/msintain themselves as per correct instructions.
