Chicco Xplorer Pushchair is not substantial enough to carry a toddler the steering is very difficult.
The foot bar is not very strong, when a heavier baby is in it and has feet on foot bar it stops the pushchair from being manuvarable. I would not buy this again.

The Chicco Xplorer pushchair is cheap for all the extras that you get i.e. reclining seat, shopping basket and sun shade. It is easy to push and it steers well, and my 8 month old loves it!

For it's price, the Chicco Xplorer Pushchair seemed a bargain, with many features that other strollers seemed to charge the earth for.
My child is happy in it, but unless you're vertically challenged and never intend on going up a step that has a 'lip', don't buy it.
