I have had my RH toaster for almost 2years. Very stylish and it performs well, but the biggest plus about this toaster is that it can take thick cafe' style bread. If you don't have thick bread often then I would recommend getting something cheaper. I bought the toaster by itself but my kettle died last night after a good run (sunbeam) and I think I will replace it with the matching RH kettle. To sum up the toaster looks great, takes really think bread and easy to clean with a quick wipe down. Only downside is that it is on the expensive side. Ps no, I don't work for RH I was looking up reviews for the RH kettle and I came across this page so I though I would add some balance to the negative comments.
