“shocking support from Kenwood”

i bought a kenwood toaster (4 slice). it stopped working after 3 months!! imagine English company, toast lovers and can't make a decent toaster work for more than 3 months!! I sent it to their authorised service center - JEEVS SUPPORT SERVICES. They say they can not repair the toaster! They do not have a proper tool for it! Is it a rocket or an aeroplane that they can not repair it?? Shocking! (read more)

I've had 2 TT330 's in 2 weeks - the first just stopped working on one side and the second just kept switching off after 10 seconds or so. Rubbish toaster. (read more)

My mrs bought this 2 years ago as we needed a 4 slice toaster. Quite expensive too even though it is impossible to dismantle and clean properly. It has now given up the ghost due to inferior connections to the heating elements. (read more)
