    All show and no go. Poor design means thin toast slips through and burns. Takes a long time to actually brown the bread. Controls work inconsitently

    Russell Hobbs 9209 Classic 4-Slice is a great toaster but both front carriage handles came off and had broken now unable to replace, no spares seem to be available.

    The Russell Hobbs 9209 Classic 4-Slice Toaster is absolutly brilliant. Top of the range, there are no bad points.
