Used regularly - very pleased with how it steams. My big criticism is that all the baskets, together with the lid, crack over a period of time. Although the baskets can be used in the dishwasher, I believe this causes them to crack. I have used previous Tefal food steamers and have found this problem with them all. Replacement parts are expensive and I was informed it would not be cost effective to replace the three baskets and lid. (read more)
