    Good Points: All stainless steel, good for the hygiene.


    Bad Points: Mine only freezes the mix down to -7C then the ice cream gets to hard for the motor. The plastic gear wheel on mine easily breaks if you let the machine run too long.


    General comments: This Musso Stainless Steel Pola Ice Cream Maker is a restaurant machine for making ice cream that is consumed immediately. For that purpose it works well. Since it does not freeze down to recommended -12C the ice cream gets "icy" if you store it.
