    Good Points: A very attractive machine
    Excellent service back up
    Replacements given with little argument


    Bad Points: It takes forever to boil - a good minute of full on boiling before it automatically shuts off.
    But the main problem is the lid. We've had one replacement kettle because the lid flew off its hinge. More dangerous is the erratic malfunction which see the the lid pop open while the kettle is working towards the boil. Obviously this means it could just boil itself dry.


    General comments: The Bosch TWK8SL1GB is very pretty but fundamentally useless - it is neither fast or reliable - not what you'd expect for the money.
