Yes i have had lots of fryers in the past and its one of the best. Makes lovely chips in a jiffy. Also if you want to stop the window steaming up rub a little cooking oil on the viewing window before you start. That stops it from steaming up. (read more)

I dont know why the other review says this takes to long to heat up, its very quick.
And also the ease of use is rated as hard............ this is so simple to use i'd let my 11 year old cook with it.

The Breville DF28 Deep Fryer takes a long time to heat up. The temperature is not as expected and once the food is put in the temperature drops and takes a long time to come back to the required temperature. This resulted in the food being soaked in cold oil and in resulted very oily. (read more)
