I have owned this grinder for over 15 years and it has performed beautifully every day.
Despite the belief that blade grinders do not do well with beans for Expresso, I have used it for this purpose with great success. By pulsing the "on" button in bursts of about 5 seconds for a total of about a minute, I get a fine, consistent grind which gives me great extraction and crema in my expresso. I have used many different beans over the years and have had good luck with them all.
