    Our experience identical to above. we had an earlier AEG model that was so bad the repairers persuaded AEG to replace it with this model. Neither has ever worked properly and we have been without it since March, ie seven months ago. the service people are doing their best but it simply does not work.

    DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

    I regret not taking heed of the advice given elsewhere on the web before I purchased this machine, so I urge you to learn from my mistake - DO NOT BUY THIS AEG COFFEE MACHINE. After 18 months of ownership I would say that I have had 13 months of functioning coffee machine. The rest of the time it lies dormant waiting to be fixed or replaced. I've had 2 machines now and the 2nd one has just broken, so its clear the issue is a fundamental design flaw. No matter how many times its repaired it will ...
