    Worst buy I've ever made. Frost free my a**e! Two thermostat changes and still the same; freezer and fridge always frosted over. Never again!

    AFter this Beko Frost-Free I would never buy any of these branded products again, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, The amount of food I've thrown away I could have bought two freezers.

    Beko are the king of suck!

    After 6 months the Ice-making compartment is broken, the ice-dispenser door stopped working,Long story cut short ,after 19 phone calls and 4 e-mails the freezer is still not working,I've seen 3 different engineers on 3 seperate occasions,Beko have sent me the wrong spare parts on 3 occasions,Now this morning I find the FRIDGE is freezing over,Cans of drink bursting all over the inside of the fridge,salad in salad drawer frozen solid,Lettuce tomatoes etc., all had to be thrown away,The earliest ...

    I am mad that I spent £270 on the Beko TZDA 627 F 7.4cu. ft. frost free tall freezer and it has lasted just over 2 years. I have phoned the company who were not interested. The warranty is 12 months like most electrical goods. I have also lost £100 of food that was in there. My advice? Go for a more tried and tested reliable brand
