Bad Points: No engineers in my area?
General comments: I purchased a (built in) Servis M7055 / 6S fridge freezer in August 2005 when having a new fitted kitchen. Now that it has broken down and because they don't have an engineer in my area I find that the only way to have it repaired is to purchase an extended guarantee @ £13.50 a MONTH! That's £160.00 a year. So how is it that they can suddenly get an engineer out to me if I pay this extortionate amount? I have put the £160.00 towards a new unit, needless to say it's not a Servis!
