    Good Points: Lovely hotel, friendly staff, staff work their butts off and do long shifts but were always friendly especially towards the children.


    Bad Points: The choice of food at the pool bar, I do not eat red meat and you cannot make changes to the food on the menu which consisted of one page! I asked for a cheese and tomato pizza but the one advertised is cheese and ham and they are bought in already made up and they couldn't change it or make one up fresh, all the food appears to come in frozen and already made! So we ate out at lunch time and in the evening


    General comments: The entertainment could have been better, same singer same song almost every night, although for approx 1 hr throughout each night there would be what appeared to be a hired act on! The hotel was lovely and large, the pools freezing (although it was March !) Location is on a steep hill not ideal when pushing a buggy but good for the calf muscles!!

    Lovely hotel, nice pool and food, cheap drinks and nice clean rooms. There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool and it is in fact a main German hotel! (but they wont tell you that!) When I stayed me and my 3 friends seemed to be the only English people there, so didn't really get to socialise with people. Was a lovely hotel but wouldn't go again, missed out on the fun of chatting to people at the bar, pool etc.

    I booked this holiday as a last minute trip and it was brilliant I am booking for next year to the same place I was that impressed.
    The apartments were spacious and had everything you needed for self catering
    the staff were brilliant and very accommodating and friendly
    the cleaning of the rooms was done every day and nothing was a bother to the staff
    I would highly recommend this complex for a family holiday

    This hotel should be a very good 3* rather than a 4* hotel, however the hotel overall was excellent. There was a huge choice of food in the restaurant. Everything was clean. The children's play area was great for our daughter, as was the mini disco!

    The hotel could make more of their entrance area, outside the bar door were snooker tables etc and we had to walk through these to get to our rooms.

    We would definitely go back, I understand that if you book direct with Rui, you get a good disc ...

    Rui Adeje Aparthotel was beautiful the standard of cleanliness was fantastic.....beds are made every day even when the maid came at 10 to claen if the kidz had just got up we would say not today thanks...but when we finally left the room at midday and came back at 6 the room was spotless...there was interner access at low prices and a pool room away from the bar. Shops and a very good (cheap) supermarket was 2 minutes away which meant you could get fresh food and water everyday...beach was a lit ...

    Rui Adeje is one very good aparthotel. Rooms had everything, microwave, fridge, coffee filter machine, toaster, tv, air.con, ample storage space. Maid came in every day, even made animals out of our towels and left us chocolates.
    The hotel is on a slight hill, but not difficult at all, near to bus stop. About 600 yds to beach/main nightlife. There are 2 shopping centres within 200 yds. Cheap taxis available to PDLA about 2 mile away. Resort very clean and this area is full of 4* hotels so not a ...
