I bought this car seat for my daughter. I always struggled with the straps, they would constantly jam and the tightening strap was so impossible to tighten that I actually broke part of the plastic surrounding it off in my attempt to pull it up. I have since been told that this is a known fault of tobi car seats and they were recalled in the USA. As usual over in good old england this hasn't happened so people are still spending hundreds of pounds on these seats when they have a very fundamental...

The Maxi-Cosi Tobi Booster Car Seat is Confortable, great things: head rest belts going up with one hand while child is in the seat, buckle showing when tight enough, easy to move between two or more cars, instalation easy, secure and in no time, child gets in and out very easy, one hand to sleeping position, great design and looks, high enough for child to see through the window in cars like ours... I love this car seat!!! Its my favorite ever!...

“I would recommend this seat to everyone who can afford...”

I would recommend this seat to everyone who can afford it. When I was looking for a car seat for my daughter this one really stood out. As it feels really solid and its very padded. It is also very easy to fit, once you get used to it and remember to make sure there is no slack in the belt as you pull it around! I found putting my knee in the seat whilst pulling the belt made sure it was really secure. The harness is great as I don't have to worry about the straps when I'm putting her in either....

We love our new Tobi Booster Car Seat and so does our daughter. Comfortable and extremely secure and very easy to get her in and out thanks to the spring back harness and belt which goes round the base and over the back never getting in the way....
