We have two beautiful Birmans - 8 months and 9 months. Both are just gorgeous-they really are a beautful cat and their fur is easy to groom. they are VERY affectionate and have a strong bond with us. They are brilliant company- Dennis our wee boy red point is cuddled up next to my leg as I type and will leap on my knee for a snuggle when I put laptop away. They are very gentle and never scratch or get cranky like other cats. They just purr almost as soon as you catch their eye! When I took them to the vet to be neutered they vet and assistants wanted to keep them as they're so gorgeous and affectionate! But nobody is taking my wee hairy babies! Seem to enjoy chewing clothes! Especially ones with 'dangly bits" ie tops with tie backs, They are barred from the walk in wardrobe in our house. But a small price to pay to have the endless pleasure of their company! Best Cats Ever!

My Birman cat Emily is the most adorable cat ever! She has the sweetest nature, and I could never let her go. She is like a little baby, but she doesn't have all the needs of a baby! She has gorgeous big blue eyes, and you just can't shout at her because you would feel so mean. She bites your toes in the morning for a cuddle, and you can hold her like a baby. She is in my arms now as I am writing this. If you are looking to buy a Birman; seriously, get one, as they are so loving and special!- Read Shoppa's review (133 words)

My seal point Birman is an angel in disguise, she follows me everywhere and gives unconditional love. Even though she sheds a bit of hair she's still a very intelligent and intuititive breed of cat- Read Ruby's review (42 words)

Cat Breeds, Birman: I have been accompanied by a lilac point birman for three years. He is a constant source of entertainment, he plays fetch with pom-poms. At dinner time he has a ritual of dashing in front of me (slowly) chirruping and 'hiding' in a corner until I pick him up and carry him to his dinner. If his hiding place is to difficult to reach I tell him I can't reach and walk away. He will then chirrup and go and hide in a more accessible corner. There are many other examples of his play ...- Read shirleykilpatrick's review (124 words)

I am the owner of a blue point Birman. He is gorgeous with big blue eyes. Birmans are distinctive for their pure white paws and startling blue eyes. Our boy gives us so much love and is a great friend. Look up information about this breed. If you were to adopt one I guarantee you will not be disappointed.- Read lornamb's review (107 words)
