    Bad Points: old memory controller with only 2 slots
    old discrete graphic interface (AGP)


    General comments: i build my custom pc on this ASUS P5PE-VM Motherboard using e6600 cpu
    2 gigs of ddr400 memory,geforce 7800 GTX 512 mb video card,
    2 wd raptors 150 gigs,asus dvd-rw rom and cooler master. 400w psu. core 2 duo support. great stablity. low cost platform

    I got 50-70% improvement over my old P4 3.2extreme edition by going to this board + e6700. Am running it with dual channel 2 gigs + x1950xt AGP (yes it fits fine even with the TEC cooler but you are left with only 1 PCI slot available) + X-Fi Xtreme Gamer sound card.

    System runs 100% stable. No overclocking but all that means is you are forced to live with a stable system that still beats the pants off my previous overclocked P4 ee.
