Good Points: Good layout, long battery life, bulletproof. LONG range. Never freezes.

    Bad Points: No vibrating feature.

General comments: I confess I'm confused by the bad reviews here. My 2628s has been the one constant in my life. Good layout, long battery life, bulletproof. I've got phone calls out in the countryside, and underground in the subway (70 feet of rock/dirt.) It's an outstanding phone. The only thing it doesn't withstand is water. But a new battery fixed that little mistake of mine...

the Ericsson A268 was my first mobile phone and i hated it. the menu was slow, it was unreliable and i had to get it fixed five times!!!!! it was very big but it had some good features - stopwatch, games etc. i suggest you save up some more cash and buy yourself a nokia.

The Ericsson A2628 is a mobile phone that has many features, but it hasn't good reception and also it's quite big (131 x 51 x 25 mm) and heavy (140 g). It can store 99 phone numbers and is a solid phone.

Got this Ericsson A2628 phone after the 2618 keyboard locked up. Same as the 2618 but with wap 1.1 and longer battery life. Let's hope they fixed some of the problems.
