    Good Points: Quite comfy, great board feel, not too heavy and good ventilation


    Bad Points: Toe cap a bit pointy, materials look pretty thin.


    General comments: Just got these new Hawk Maxis in a sale from an on-line sk8 store. They were fantastic value for money so if they don't last too long, it really don't matter. They are almost as light as Rowley XLT's, but like the XLT's I dont think they will last too long. The materials and the toe cap look way too thin to be very durable. They are very comfy and the mesh keeps your feet cool. They also have good board feel and plenty of grip even though they have a very simple and plain sole. If they dont hold up too well for sk8ing they still look way cool just for chillin'.
