    Good Points: Was what seemed like a great product for the price.

    After sales service warranty is pretty prompt,they sent out a courier and picked up the units and had them repaired and re-delivered to me in around 7 days.


    General comments: Both ASUS LCD Monitormonitors have had serious hardware failures within 12 months,1st one was switching itself off intermittently and they replaced the power supply unit.
    Now last night the second monitor had lost the ability to render colours and image has become very grainy.

    When I saw then in the store I liked them so much I bought two fo them.

    To make blacks appear black for WP and spreadsheet use one has to decrease the green to such an extent that grass appears black.Either use it as a toy for DVDs and games or do not buy it as for office work with two pages or a large spreadsheet displayed it will give you eye strain since the black characters are greenish. Equally in Firefox the blacks of the word are this bilious greenEven the white letters of labels on the short cuts on my Vista desktop are not clearly white = and I have a half ...

    Brilliant all round monitor for general computer use, good menus for colour correction/balance etc.
    Most 22 inch screens of this type use the same flat panel, this ASUS one rises above due to nice design and good menu options to make the picture easy on the eye.
