I purchased for £400 in 2005. PDA tend to freeze freq and u dont get calls! Navigator was OK though it takes long time to initiate. Zero Zero technical support. Within warranty my phone stopped working. I tried everything-soft reset, hard reset, upgraded firmware, changed simcards nothing worked. I e-mailed mio many times with no reply even when within warranty!!.. Moral of story is never buy a product where company is not based in UK. (read more)
