Seriously, it's SO annoying to use: the keypad buttons are designed for people with sharpened fingers, it locks EVERY TIME half-way through an e-mail so you have to put the pin in again to continue writing, I get about five voicemails a day where the caller hasn't been able to get through when the phone is next to me with full signal, the whole unit crashes at least once a day, etc, etc. It's not that I have a faulty unit - the only reason why I continue to use this piece of junk is that my company bought a bulk load for all of their staff, and we all experience the same problems. You need to re-boot it at least once a day to kick-out the gremlins! DON'T BUY ONE : 20 people in my office cannot be wrong!

I bought the Palm Treo 750 Smartphone because I wanted to view emails and to have unlimited internet access during trips outside the office. The additional features such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint are an absolute bonus feature as well; particularly when sending attachments to colleagues. The facilities that this phone provides are outstanding! I would compare it to having a mini-computer in your hand. The touchscreen additional function allows immediate exploring through contact lists, saved files, music and photo's with ease.
My favourite feature is the large screen - the pages load quickly when surfing the internet and the coverage is excellent for reading news articles and viewing photos from Facebook etc. The primary function of the phone is again exceptional - the clarity of conversing with your friends and colleagues completes this phone.
My only concern when I first bought the phone was that it does not have WiFi capabilities. However, if you have an internet mobile phone contract, then there is no reason to be disappointed.
