    Good Points: It's compact.

    Bad Points: Where do I start. Phone freezes on text screen and have to turn it off to correct. Battery life was 7 months, just outside the 6 month warranty. No speaker, so you can't have a conversation hands free. Searches for reception all of the time.

    General comments: The LG L342i is an absolutely rubbish phone, never buying a LG again. Was very disappointed with the performance. Ringtones are rubbish too.
