“Worn out leather after 12 months use”

Diabolical after care. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! Can't believewe spent over 2 grand with this company. We have a seat and a 3 seat sofa and started to notice that the colour of the leather was fading around the stitching on the seating and the piping on the edges of the cushions. It was if the top coat on the sofa had completely worn away. We contacted sofology who sent out a technician to "repair" the issue. Having found this site a couple of weeks after ordering 3 leather sofas from Sofology I was very concerned and spent the next 6 weeks worrying, as it turns out unnecessarily. The store rang to arrange a convenient delivery date and the delivery men rang when they were half an hour away. 2 very pleasant men unloaded the sofas, unpacked them, checked them throughly with me and gave some helpful advice on care. We purchased one leather insignia recliner sofa with Sofology . When it was delivered we noticed there were some scuff marks (sides as well as the back). We mentioned it to the delivery people who told us to contact customer care which we did immediately (6th August). We used web chat to get a quote and asked the rep to email us the quote he said he would do that within the hour this was last Thursday. We never got it so I messaged customer service next day Friday saying we wanted our quote so we could order. Customer service never responded!! She directed us to a selection of armchairs and then explained all the options with regard to fabric , styles and designs. Ordered a sofa 6 weeks ago at the Stoke branch, originally told it would take up to 8 weeks but received it within 5. Excellent service from the moment we walked into the store, they were both excellent. “Recliner Leather Sofa”

I ordered a sofa in March. It was delivered on 27th June. It was badly creased and looked like it had been in a showroom for 18 month or was second hand. Was told by driver it was transit creasing and the creases would go once it had become settled in the house at room temperature. Needless to say the shop wasn't interested and gave me head office details. Shocking customer service. “The unusable sofa”

After waiting 10 weeks for my sofa it was delivered with wrong legs (2sets of 2 different ones) both wrong!!.After visit to store we were put in touch with head office. After numerous phone calls & e mails ( some of which were not answered) we were told that suppliers were out of stock of right legs & would take 5 weeks. Doesn't surprise me either I have had a similar experience with their Head Office not answering or returning calls. Waiting ages to get through with no resolution a bunch of idiots. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this place and spend your hard earned cash where you will get a service

“Shocking aftercare service ”

I ordered two sofas and they delivered the wrong size. Their telephone customer care and after sales service is very poor and i had to go back to the store in order to get the company to re-order the correct size of sofa . I have received a delivery date of 10 weeks and no apology of any kind for their mistake and huge failure to deliver my order . I will not be purchasing again from this company !!!… Read Full Review

“Avoid - the worst after sales service we have...”

Service in the shop was great, but after that a nightmare.... Got our CRAVE sofa at the end of last year. Soon after we contacted the Support regarding misalignment of chaise 'stitches' on seat and back leather covers with 2 seater by 2-3 cm and it's been dragging since then...Height of the back of the chaise doesn't match 2 seater by around 2 cm. I don't normally write reviews. However, after reading such horrid reviews of Sofology here, I wanted to give an honest and accurate account of our experiences with them. Before I start, I'd just like to point out that we have actually received our furniture (a week earlier than estimated) and it is in immaculate condition. I purchased my sofa about a year ago in June 2015.

The sofa cost around £600.
I explained that none of this was explained to me and that I had been Mis-sold. I was even told not to bother reading the document that I signed because it was all pretty straight forward by the sofaology customer service advisor.
The finance company are refusing to move on this despite no correspondence were received nor a text message. They have said that they will raise a complaint on my behalf but expect it could take 8 weeks therefore incurring further mosts.

My advice is simple, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Service is terrible. The customer service advisors on the phone just shouted at me from both sofa works and the finance company. Incredibly disappointed.
Will be raising this with the FCA as I've been Mis-sold a finance product.

Keep at them hope you get it resolved. I had the same thing with what was called belly hide. Kept saying natural characteristic. The sofa looked 18 month old on delivery/second hand. Shocking customer service unprofessional and don't get back to you.

We ordered a sofa and chair from Sofology and we were told it would take (acceptable as this is usually the case). This is where the fun starts. We were advised to turn and swap sides the cushions to avoid them collapsing when the sofa was delivered. Sofology were great while we bought the furniture. However, this 3-piece suite is ripped and coming apart after just 9 months of extremely light use. Apparently this is perfectly acceptable quality according to Sofology. There are three splits in this sofology suite but it seems since you can sit on it that's fine - according to that logic you could supply a plank and some bricks and, the complaint would be answered by your call centre as "well you can sit on it so it's ok", as two different… Read Full Review

!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM SOFOLOGY!!!! We orderd a 4 seater, footstool and coffee table the in store service is good. But once they've got your money it's just a downhill slope When receiving the products we found that the sofa has a rip in it, they brought 6 feet for the sofa but half were light and the other half were dark not good and then to put the cherry on top of the cake the footstool was smashed to bits!!
