Absolutely disgusted with the service we have received from your company!! When my partner and I came to have a look at your furniture in early April, we automatically fell in love with one of your settees and the cushions that came with it. The gentleman at the Doncaster store was more than friendly and helpful, measuring it to check it would fit in our living room. Never, I repeat never deal with this company!! Please read the reviews!! Cheap sofas and terrible customer services!! We purchased a sofa that was from the Bolton store so was upto 6 months old but as new, we got a 7 year old sofa that was dirty and had 28 different areas of damage on it. “Shocking Aftersales service ”

We bought the Ontario from Sofaworks ( Sofology ) and it came with a number of faults to which they denied despite the photographic proof. We ended up issuing small claims proceedings before the eventually collected the faulty settees and refunded our money. We bought two lazyboy setees from Furniture Factors at Doncaster and we're highly delighted with service and the product. “Missing Footstool”

Taken delivery of 2 leather sofas should have been a footstool as well but the delivery driver said that they didn't have this and it had been lost at the warehouse but Sofology would contact me that day to arrange a new delivery well 8 days later and numerous phonecalls from us and they still don't know where it is!!! I took delivery of 2 leather sofas nearly 2 weeks ago and it arrived with damage to both sofas. I complained on the day to the Customer Service team but they said they cannot exchange or refund, but could offer a repair. So I tried to explain that I had rights under the Consumer Rights Act to a refund, but still they refused. Since then I sent a letter requesting a refund, nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing. We are in the same position, we got a 7 year old sofa sent that was damaged and worth a few hundred pounds if that and paid over £1500!! Worst company I've even dealt with

The guys charged with the coordination of their delivery team from the head office is in complete disarray!!! The sales team promised (and it is already in their recorded message on the phone), that they would call a day (6pm) before your delivery. But mine was never to be until I called them that morning only to be told my delivery would be between 10 am and 2pm - while I was at work. "Why did you not notify me as promised?" We are terrribly disappointed with the delivery of our sofa which is a LINATE, 3 SEATER SOFA (amounting to £1,088.00) delivered today 13/05/16 as one of the main part, the legs missing! “Never shopping here again”

I bought a rug in store and was told it would arrive in store within two weeks. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear anything so I called them, only to be told it would be another seven weeks until it arrived. I was offered a refund and gladly accepted this. However, two weeks later I still hadn't been refunded. Seven long and expensive phone calls and three weeks later I have finally be told the refund will definitely go through, in another 4/5 days (apparently). I have been blocked from Sofology Facebook page as I complained about the fact they have delivered a faulty sofa and they aren't interested in repairing it! Avoid this company at all costs! I am now having to take them to the small claims court to get my money back... Seems to be what they do they blocked me for my bad review it took them over 9 months to deliver mine and when I finally got it I had nothing but problems with it they have excuses for everything it didn't last 18 months it was that bad

I ordered my sofa from brent cross on 19 March with an early May delivery as stated on their website on my order. When i called them on 20 april to arrange delivery (10 days in advance) they stated they have not processed the order as the store on their paperwork have this as due for delivery September 16. After you have brought from them they do not want to know. What ever you say about the problem with furniture they come up with a ridiculous answer. We went to our Local store in Brent Cross to order a leather sofa for our new house and was informed by the deputy manager that it will be delivered in 8 weeks, which is the norm with most other furniture providers. After 8 weeks we called again and was told that it would take 14 weeks, and that 8 weeks was not possible. Congratulations Sofology Your took our chair for a repair which you said would take one week before Christmas, and you still have it and it is now Easter.
