Sofology were great while we bought the furniture. However, this 3-piece suite is ripped and coming apart after just 9 months of extremely light use. Apparently this is perfectly acceptable quality according to Sofology. There are three splits in this sofology suite but it seems since you can sit on it that's fine - according to that logic you could supply a plank and some bricks and, the complaint would be answered by your call centre as "well you can sit on it so it's ok", as two different… Read Full Review

!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM SOFOLOGY!!!! We orderd a 4 seater, footstool and coffee table the in store service is good. But once they've got your money it's just a downhill slope When receiving the products we found that the sofa has a rip in it, they brought 6 feet for the sofa but half were light and the other half were dark not good and then to put the cherry on top of the cake the footstool was smashed to bits!! Bought sofa and within 2 years the springs are not supporting any weight, and the stapling or stitching is now coming apart. You sit on it and your'e almost sitting on the floor. Paid £800 and I regret even going into the sofa shop. Don't buy their rubbish… Read Full Review

We purchased the suite 03/04/14 from Lakeside Essex, the staff appeared to be very helpful, also took out the PremierCare Insurance as told this will cover damage to the suite. We were told not to have it in direct sunlight which it is not, and clean it weekly with warm water and a soft cloth and every 6 months using a leather care package. “Let down by after-sale customer service”

I bought a new sofa and love seat end of March and got it delivered end of June. The sales side was pretty good - plenty of sofas to browse from and the in-store staff were helpful and not pushy. Got to choose a delivery day and it arrived on that day. The delivery guys did a solid job of getting the furniture into my slightly awkward house. Then it goes wrong. I have never had such a problem with a company as sofology. Customer service is appalling. I have only a slight problems with my sofa (crease marks in the leather and uneven stitching) it appears they are not interested in resolving the issue. I would be quite happy for them to take the sofas back and refund my money. I ordered a sofa from the Reading branch on 23rd April as sit was available on express delivery in approximately 2 weeks. Sold my sofa the following week to ensure there was room for the delivery. 3 weeks after the order no delivery so I called the customer service and was informed that I would be made aware when delivery was going to occur. I can only concur with the other reviewers on this site. The customer service in the shop was fantastic. This, I understand, is due to the fact that the sales staff receive a bonus based on reviews not sales. We bought the Willow 4 seater and three seater from Sofaworks last year. The sofa has pillow backs and we we told these cushions would need occasional dressing.. Within one month the pillow backs looked half empty and the seat pads were very dented and it was impossible to bring both the pillow backs and seat pads back to its original shape. We ordered our sofa from them and wish we had gone somewhere else. They didn't inform us that one of our sofas was the wrong colour until the delivery driver arrived with half of our order and if I hadn't already disposed of my old one I wouldn't have accepted that. Buying our new 3 seater, 2 seater,1 footstool and 1 leather chair was a good experience. Service ends in the shop. Both my husband and I paid for weekend delivery as we both work. 5 weeks after putting in our order our furniture arrived. The 2 sofa's were just perfect. Yes, their sales team are charming. Yes, they know about sofas. Yes, the sales experience is good. However, when things start to go wrong, Sofology are shocking. No, beyond shocking I was sent half a sofa from Sofology (they forgot to build the other bit). Told me they would dismantle and reassemble in my home. Turned up with sofa assembled and could not turn the corner into my living room. Went away, came back two weeks later and did eaxctly the same thing. They did not dismantle my sofa. The two guys, same as before, took it away. I spoke to Sofology. Unprofessional is the most positive comment I can make about this company. Actually that's not true. They have beautiful furniture but unfortunately there is no accountability when things go wrong. Seriously, these guys have got to have one of the best customer service cultures i have come across in today's competitive retail world!! We have had 2 lots of sofa's from them, second batch arrived in the color we chose, but when en-situe did not go with with the rest of the lounge.
