Intosofa were extremely helpful when ordering and did everything they said they would. The delivery was on time and the unit was not too difficult to put together, We had one hiccup which was the sofa bed unit was the next size up. I rang at 9a.m. the next day and was promised that the unit would be picked up and replaced the next day which it was!!
I telephoned the firm on 3 occasions, got through straight away and was treated in a friendly and courteous way. (rare these days)I also received a call at my work place advising me when my replacement unit would be delivered. My sofa looks great and so ar I am very happy. Much less stressful than a trip to Ikea.

Into Sofa customer services was helpful when he wanted us to order from him, however, when the delivery came late despite paying extra for the sofa and armchair to come all as one package on the same day, we couldn't even contact them. Nobody even had the courtesy to call us back. My husband and I had to sit on the floor until the rest of the armchair and sofa arrived two days later. Not very happy considering I had given birth to my son two months earlier and had an achey back.

We ordered our sofa three years ago and are surprised it still looks so good considering its very reasonable price. We moved and dissassembled it recently. After several attempts we realised one arm needed to be replaced.

I emailed their customer service to make sure which piece I needed, they answered the next day. Prompt delivery and good customer service, the extra piece cost me much less than a new sofa, I am really happy with my purchase and have recommended 'Into Sofa' to friends with fl ...

I disagree with reviews that say into sofa provides a poor customer service. I bought my corner sofa bed a year ago and I've been really pleased with it. However, the springs on the sofa bed were going rusty. I called up to ask for a replacement, was asked to email some pictures, which I did, and I was sent a new sofa bed action within a week. I found into sofa staff to be polite and helpful.

I bought my sofas from Into Sofa Modular Sofas www.intosofa.com and have now had them for nearly two years. They remain as comfortable as the day i assembled them. I recently had a friend visit who remarked on how comfortable they were. I regard the money spent on them as good value for money.

Into Sofa - Our sofa back broke after just a couple of months, they said they sent a replacement out but I never received it. I have not received a reply to my e-mails and letters either. I tell everyone don't order from intosofa.

I loved our sofas when they arrived and as we had just moved into a town house they were ideal but the customer service has been disappointing.

The gap at the top off the Sofa bed seems too big, when sofa bed is in use I loose my pillows

It was okay for the price, but I think it would have looked so much better if the cushions were a little bit more fuller.

I would not order from IntoSofa don € t get me wrong I like what I have left of my corner unit, yes what I have left.
I am still waiting for Into Sofa to send me my replacement section which I have paid for.
Sat in and waited for all day only to be told that my name was not on dispatch list this is after I had a telephone call with I presume the owner, who arranged delivery with me on the phone a few weeks earlier, so when I phoned to enquire he said he would call me back but never did and still ...

Do not respond to emails and empty promises.
Cusion covers had split when contacted them, promised to resend and after 5 further emails/calls still waiting.
Would not recommend to anyone.
